At Taste of Freedom, we are committed to providing you with an outstanding experience. We’re sad to see you need to cancel your motorhome booking but understand that plans change.
We have tried to make our cancellation policy as fair as possible.
To help understand our cancellation policy in more detail, we have a couple of examples of how we deal with cancellations.
More than 6 weeks before travel dates
Booking deposits are non refundable.
However we will try rebook your motorhome to another customer. If this is possible, we will give you a refund minus an admin fee and any additional cancellation fees or we can transfer the full deposit to other dates.
If we are unable to rebook the dates the deposit is forfeited.
Less than 6 weeks before travel dates
Balances paid are non-refundable.
However your dates will be released and we will always try rebook your dates.
If this is possible, we may be able to issue you with a partial refund of the hire balance depending on circumstances.
If we are not able to rebook the dates then the balance in forfeit, we recommend having travel insurance in place for this eventuality.
Made an error with the dates?
Whilst we might not be able to issue any kind of refund for this we may be able to help. Subject to availability and notice, we may be able to transfer your dates on to another motorhome on different dates.
